Tony Parker played BIG to help Spurs beat the Heat

Tony Parker scored 21 points with his last 10 points coming from the 4rth quarter, which includes an off balanced buzzer beater shot against LeBron James to push their lead to 4 with only 5 seconds left of the game.

Parker said "I was going down and I was just trying to stay composed and get a shot up," .

In the ensuing play Miami Heat failed to convert as time expire for the San Antonio Spurs to take a 92-88 victory and take 1-0 advantage of the finals series.

Helping Parker was his old reliable teammate Tim Duncan who scored 20 points, grabbed 14 rebounds and issued 4 assists.

Actually the Heat has the full control of the game for the first three quarters until the Spurs made a big fourth quarter to take the lead on a Parker free throw at the7:47 mark of the fourth.

LeBron James finished with a triple double of 18 points, 18 rebounds, and 10 assists but was not enough to pull off a win.
